Michelle Jenneke — Track

Michelle has been training for hurdling events since she was ten years old. She was able to get a first place victory in 2010 for the one-hundred meter hurdles at the Australian Junior Championships. Michelle then won Australia’s first medal at the Singapore Youth Olympic Games by winning second place in the one-hundred meter hurdles event. Michelle would continue to excel at the one-hundred meter hurdles event as she finished in fifth place at the 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships. While she hasn’t said anything about it, it’s safe to assume that we will see her a lot more in the future.
