If you’ve ever struggled with your weight or food, you’ll understand when I tell you. I was desperate. I was stuck at 65kg (145lbs). No matter what I did, I didn’t go below 65kg(145lbs) ever. And believe me I had tried it all…

The Atkins Diet, the Zone Diet, the 3 Hour Diet, the Fast Diet… even the baby food diet!

None of them work. Some didn’t work at all, like the Fast Diet which I followed to a tee. Some of the others, I didn’t have the willpower to follow, they were hardcore. Who can blame me?

I used to blame myself – “If only I were more disciplined” – but you know what? Life is not for living so rigidly.

I was stuck at 65kg. No matter what I did, I didn’t go below 65kg ever.

Life is about being happy. We should try to get the most of it. Life happens, it could be a birthday or a celebration. It was not only about willpower, but life not being about dieting.

I’m not justifying eating whatever you want. That’s not realistic or mature. We’re adults and know that to stay healthy and slim we need to eat responsibly. BUT responsibly means just that. Responsibly. It’s all about balance.

The more you try to restrain yourself, the more you want to eat. This is why strict diets rarely work.

I realised this and promised myself I would give up strict diets. I would be mature about food and health, eating well whenever I had the chance. This meant trying to chose the healthier option and not freaking out if I didn’t. You don’t gain weight by making one bad choice, but by giving up completely.

This freed me from the food prison I lived in. However, it didn’t make me lose any weight. I was happy that I had made peace with food but I still wanted to lose weight. I mean, hello, that’s what I dieted for in the first place.

I wasn’t on a food roller coaster anymore. I assumed my body and weight would find their natural balance. I was wrong.

It was easier to decide what to eat every meal. I really liked not having a strict diet, but life remained in the way. Drinks with co-workers, birthdays, dinners with friends, cinema… and I enjoy eating! Sometimes it’s hard to always be responsible about food choices. I needed to burn more calories than I ate. I didn’t have the time to go to the gym.

I bought an exercise bike, and OMG, what a waste! 30 minutes cycling and I burnt maybe two cookies.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t exercise. Everyone knows that exercise is good for you! For me, though, it wasn’t going to make me lose much weight. I thought about giving up. Maybe a thinner me wasn’t meant to be.

I was eating better but exercising hadn’t made me slimmer. What else could I do?

Yay! I started a new job at Magic Blends!

Then something great happened….. I started working for Magic Blends.

I used to be a PA at a law firm, and boy, I didn’t like that job. It’s not that I didn’t like being a PA, but the legal world wasn’t fun. I love that Magic Blends is a little start-up. It means I get to do a lot of everything.

After a few days working for Magic Blends, I wanted to try the products. I respond to customer emails, chat requests, help close deals with bloggers, etc. so I wanted to know as much about the product as possible.

I have lost 8 kg and I could not be happier.

I have lost 8 kg and I could not be happier.

I knew the ingredients and why they are there. I had seen the production process. I wanted to know the taste and texture. I was already eating ‘healthy-ish’ and had tried many things in the past. I was pretty neutral about the effect it would have on me.

For one week I added two teaspoons of the fat burning blend to my daily smoothie. I saw 64 kg on the scale. I couldn’t believe it. I thought it would go up again. Maybe I had drunk less water the day before or something.

Nope. The scale didn’t go up.

I decided to try the stop cravings blend in addition. I wanted to use them separately and see the effects of each blend. Seeing that it was actually working I changed my mind. I wanted to maximise my results.

It’s amazing! The stop cravings blend does fill you up. This is thanks to the chia seeds, flaxseed, cayenne pepper, shiitake, and wheatgrass. It also has goji and maca which reduce stress and balance your mood. This helps stop emotional eating.

The fat burning blend boosts your metabolism. This helps your body burn more calories than normal. It lowers your blood sugar levels and improves your insulin resistance. This is thanks to the cayenne pepper, matcha tea, guarana, spirulina, ginger, and cinnamon.

I think I look good now. I don't want to lose any more weight

I think I look good now. I don’t want to lose any more weight

I have lost 8 kg (20lbs) and I could not be happier.

I think I look good now. I don’t want to lose any more weight (I weigh 57 kg (125lbs) and I am 1,70 cm (5’7) tall). I still take the ‘Stop Cravings’ blend every day. This makes it easier for me to get through the day without snacking. It fills me. I don’t feel like eating anything else. Even walking past a bakery with nice croissants in the window.

And this is it. This is the one thing I do every morning which has helped me lose 8 kg (20lbs). I’ve changed absolutely nothing else in my diet or daily life.

Of course, keep in mind that I already ate healthily enough. It won’t work if your body needs 2,000 calories per day but you eat 4,000.

You can read about our blends on our frequently asked questions page. Our site is http://www.magicblends.co.uk.

You can also send me an email at any time to [email protected]. Or a message me through our live chat if you have any doubts.

I would love to hear from you. Let me know your results after a few weeks, I love hearing good news!

Lots of love,

Vic x

PS. Very important note:

All our blends are 100% safe and natural. That’s one of the things I like most about them, there is nothing funky in them. Ingredients are plant based and included for their health benefits. There are no weird preservatives or fillers like you see in lots of supplements. When it comes to weight loss be very careful about what you buy. Be wary of detox teas, they can be highly dangerous. Thanks for exposing this Cosmo!
